Due to the squatter problem in the Philippines, we began clearing the property right away. Everyone got involved and worked hard.

Praise the Lord! On September 16, 2008 with the help of our home church, Gantt Street Baptist and many other praying and giving friends we were able to purchase one hectare of property for the future ministries of New Beginnings Baptist Church.

Pictured with me are the representative of the Planters Corporation whom we bought the property from and one of my assistant pastors, Bro. Willy Edoloverio. Bro. Willy was with us on the very first night of our church planting ministry in 1998. I led him to Christ shortly after and he has been with us every since then. I am glad that after all these years of faithful service, he was able to be with me the day we saw God finally provide this for us.

We cannot thank our Pastor, Dr. Gene Rowell and our Gantt Street Baptist Church family enough for all their sacrifices for this. As well as, we want to thank all our other supporting churches and praying friends who had a part in this project too. Teamwork makes the Dream Work! God bless.
