Hello Beloved,

Greetings once again in the lovely name of our Lord Jesus, Who is worthy of all praise, glory, honor, adoration, and exaltation. What a mighty God we serve! God has been so good to us. Our folks are adopting a little saying, “God is good – all the time! All the time – God is good!”

The month of July was a blessed time for our church and family. On July 17 we had “Baptism Sunday” and the Lord allowed us the honor of baptizing twenty-two new converts and presenting them with BEAMS Bibles. These converts ranged from age twelve to forty-eight years old. We thank the Lord for what He is doing in and through New Beginnings Baptist Church and Bible College. Many of these converts are the fruit of the college students. Two of our trained men baptizing these converts made this an extra special day. Bro. Willy Edoloverio and Bro. Rhody Mabaquiao have been with us since 1997. They are now working as Student Assistants while attending the New Beginnings Baptist Bible College. We thank the Lord for these two young men and their dedication to the Lord’s work.

Prayer Requests: Please remember the college and the students in your prayers, especially as we continue to seek sponsorship for their needs.

NBBC 2nd Anniversary & Revival will be September 18 – 21. Our pastor, Dr. Gene Rowell of Gantt Street Baptist Church in Cayce, South Carolina will be here to visit and preach during this special time. Amazingly, this will mark two years of being back in the Philippines and starting this new work. As we look back we cannot help but praise the Lord for all the great things He has done. As we look forward, we still believe the best is yet to come because God is still making a difference in Bacolod City, Philippines through the New Beginnings Baptist Church and Bible College.
